MANAGEMENT

Demola Adedoyin  CEO

A positive and visionary individual, Demola's main inclinations are management, intelligence gathering, communications design and business administration. Educated in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, he created Yin Works Ventures in order to actualise many premeditated business ideas. He has had previous work experience as a communications designer for BACCHUS Public Relations under Anoushka Menzies in London particularly with the opening of 57 Jermyn St while studying at the European Business school, and rigorous training in design and communications planning and conceptualisation at Alder Consulting in Lagos. Yin Media is the main think tank and offshoot of all forthcoming business plans. He oversees all briefs and projects and handles the administration of the organisation. In his spare time, he enjoys literature, film and music.

Solomon J. Magaji  Project Management, Programming and Hosting account Management.
Educated in the United Kingdom, Solomon has a rare talent for sound engineering which is fortified by structured training in animation, communications design and Information Technology. He runs Giant Beats Studios, which we use in partnership to produce music and radio advertising for an eclectic range of satisfied clients. Solomon is our chief designer and project handler, specialising in Databases and Content Management Systems, making them run smoothly with websites. He also manages domain registration and webhosting parameters for Yin Media Clients.

Hans Omang is a graduate of the University of Abuja, with a degree in Public Administration. During his undergraduate years, he gained work experience conducting feasibility studies for start-up media companies and sound production studios during their inception stages, showing a natural aptitude for research and idea generation. He also provided consultancy services for social clubs engaging in Profit- making event management including the nationally renowned Dynamix Magazine.

His inclusion into the Yin Media team is based on his skilful and versatile creative writing, after the CEO stumbled upon a series of short stories and poems he posted on the internet. This led to the discovery of scripts he has written for music videos and mini-movies. After the showing of a first draft from a brief given to him by the CEO, he is currently on a 2 year contract to write two movie scripts for a pan-African television network called The Naija Channel (the naijachannel.com), which will premiere in 2009 and 2010.

He has a passion for photography and is also training to be a professional photographer in his spare moments.

Adeola Adegoke Creative Director, Graphics and Website Animation Coding

He likes to dip his hands into various freelance projects and loves to experiment with design. His design & animation skills are 2nd to very few in our business and his quirky nature comes through in all the work he does for Yin Media. He is also in charge of vetting all programming code and JavaScript work that falls into any executive brief we are given, most recently our multimedia bid for the Rebranding of Fung Tai Engineering. He has a deep interest in east – Asian culture, computer hardware assembly, cryptography, gothic design and graphic novels.
